Pastoral Care & Counseling

A Christian Approach to Change, Growth, and Spiritual Renewal

Pastoral guidance for individuals, couples, and families allows them to grow closer to God and to heal both emotionally and spiritually. The ministry welcomes individuals, couples, and families to come just as they are, without judgment, and to work on issues that prevent them from growing personally and spiritually. We provide an environment that allows the person to become independent by trusting God, instead of becoming dependent on the counselor.

Pastoral care and counseling takes place in the office at Hominy Baptist Church, in homes, and in group living facilities as needed. Any individual, couple, or family who willingly wants to change is welcome. After the first session, it will be determined whether the Pastoral Counselor can help or the person needs to be referred to someone else.

Pastoral Counseling Staff
